Courier Report FER-2223 DISPATCHED: 29/03/16 DELIVERED: 31/03/16 kate rich Transacted seaweed order in a carpark outside Hancock, 45 mins drive from College of the Atlantic & a short distance from Ironbound Andrea's home, from where the seaweed's growing origins could be seen. Approximately 4lb or the maximum volume available in trader's already stretched baggage allowance, a combination of wild Atlantic dulse, kombu, kelp and wakame. Flew 2 days later to UK, a multi-hop trip from Bar Harbor airport where outsized amount of vegetable triggered security concern, a courteous official collaborated with trader on how already overstuffed bag could be then safely repacked. Transfer at Boston airport with Severine von Tscharner Fleming who was heading to a young farmers' conference in Barcelona. Flew on to New York JFK airport where to trader's consternation her departing flight was actually out of Newark, with no time to cross town a kindly airlines official waived charges and found her the single remaining seat on the JFK departing flight.
