Houses of Benefit
Houses of Benefit is a distributed hotel service promoting 
biodiversity in bed & breakfast accommodations for the cultural sector.
Houses of Benefit is currently developing a Per Noctem contract 
for travellers on cultural business (visiting artist, curator,
festival guest). This contract aims to provide a credible
accounting method to underwrite wild or offmarket accommodation
options such as sleeping in trees or staying with own friends, with
the same kind of assurance that hotel bills normally receive. 
With the Per Noctem system, travellers are issued a nightly
accommodation payment scaled inversely to the level of 
amenities provided them.
